心脉隆联合大株红景天注射液对老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨心脉隆联合大株红景天注射液对老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者心功能及血清氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、丙二醛(MDA)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)表达的影响。方法选取2019年11月~2020年11月海南省人民医院接诊的80例冠心病合并心力衰竭的老年患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例,对照组给予心脉隆注射液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用大株红景天注射液,两组均进行为期14 d的治疗。比较治疗前后的左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)水平,血清NT-proBNP、Hcy、MDA水平,内脂素(Visfatin)、高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及6分钟步行距离。结果治疗前,两组LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD水平,6分钟步行距离,血清NT-proBNP、Hcy、MDA水平,Visfatin、hsCRP、TNF-α水平,SOD、CAT活性比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组LVEF及SOD、CAT活性均高于对照组,LVESD、LVEDD及NT-proBNP、Hcy、MDA、Visfatin、hsCRP、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,6分钟步行距离长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脉隆联合大株红景注射液天可以提高冠心病合并心力衰竭老年患者的心功能,改善血清NT-proBNP、Hcy和MDA水平,降低炎症反应,提高SOD、CAT活性,效果显著。Objective To investigate the effects of Xinmailong injection combined with Dazhuhongjingtian injection on cardiac function and serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),malondialdehyde(MDA)and homocysteine(Hcy)levels in older patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and heart failure(HF).Methods Eighty older patients with CHD and HF admitted to Hainan General Hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into a control group and a research group,40 cases in each group.Both groups were given Xinmailong injection for 14 days,and the research group was additionally given Dazhuhongjingtian injection.The following indicators were compared between the two groups before and after treatment including the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD);the levels of serum NT-proBNP,Hcy,MDA,visfatin,high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α);the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT);and 6-min walking distance.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in LVEF,LVESD,LVEDD,6-min walking distance,the levels of serum NT-proBNP,Hcy,MDA,visfatin,hsCRP and TNF-α,or the activities of SOD and CAT(P>0.05).After treatment,LVEF,SOD and CAT activities in the research group were higher than those in the control group;while LVESD,LVEDD,the levels of NT-proBNP,Hcy,MDA,visfatin,hsCRP and TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group.The 6-minute walking distance in the research group was longer than that in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinmailong injection combined with Dazhuhongjingtian injection can improve cardiac function by reducing the levels of serum NT-proBNP,Hcy,MDA and inflammatory response,increasing the activities of SOD and CAT in the treatment of CHD with HF
