摘　　要：探讨研究肾盂分离在出入境人员体检中的超声诊断价值。方法选取2020年1月-2021年12月2000例接受腹部超声体检的人员,总结分析人群中肾盂分离的患病因素、具体的症状表现,并研究诊断符合比例情况。结果共77例患者检出肾盂分离,27例为单侧肾盂分离(肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄3例,肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄致右肾无功能,误诊为先天性肾缺如1例,输尿管口囊肿1例,输尿管末段结石3例,输尿管上段结石19例);50例为双侧肾盂分离(前列腺增生导致排尿不畅19例,膀胱过度充盈所致31例)。结论腹部超声检查在诊断出入境人员肾盂分离诊断中效果显著,可为出入境体检人员及时提供快速准确诊断。减少在出境行程中及远在他乡作业时因突发急症对输尿管粘膜的损伤以及长期梗阻造成的肾功能损害等症状。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of renal pelvis separation in entry-exit physical examination.Methods from January 2020 to December 2021,2000 patients who underwent abdominal ultrasound examination were selected to summarize and analyze the disease factors and specific symptoms of pyelitis separation in the population,and to study the proportion of diagnosis.Results A total of 77 cases were diagnosed with pyelonephrosis,27 cases were unilateral pyelonephrosis(3 cases of ureteropelvic junction stenosis,right renal dysfunction due to ureteropelvic junction stenosis,misdiagnosed as congenital renal deficiency in 1 case,ureterostomal cyst in 1 case,distal ureteral calculi in 3 cases,upper ureteral calculi in 19 cases).Bilateral pyelonephrosis was found in 50 patients(19 due to prostatic hyperplasia and 31 due to bladder overfilling).Conclusion Abdominal ultrasonography has a significant effect on the diagnosis of renal pelvis separation in entry-exit personnel and can provide rapid and accurate diagnosis for entry-exit physical examination personnel in time.Reduce the symptoms of ureteral mucosa damage and renal function damage caused by long-term obstruction during the outbound trip and when working in other places due to sudden emergency.
