摘 要:目的探索全自动设备在核酸实验室中的应用方案,进而提升工作质量。方法实验室多种自动化设备联合应用,探索出最适宜的工作模式。结果分杯系统+全自动核酸提取仪+扩增仪联合应用适用于大量样本检测,全自动核酸一体机适用于少量样本的即时检测。结论全自动设备的合理搭配,可以有效提高检测效率,保证工作质量,提升核酸检测人员的幸福感。Objective Explore the application scheme of fully automatic equipment in nucleic acid laboratory,thereby improving the quality of work.Methods A variety of automation equipment in the laboratory are combined to explore the most suitable working mode.Result The combined application of cup splitting system+automatic nucleic acid extraction instrument+amplification instrument is suitable for the detection of a large number of samples,and the automatic nucleic acid integrated machine is suitable for the real-time detection of a small number of samples.Conclusion Reasonable collocation of fully automatic equipment can effectively improve detection efficiency,ensure work quality and enhance the happiness of nucleic acid test personnel.
