摘  要:在满足出厂水及管网末端余氯要求的前提下,为了合理控制氯在水处理工艺中的消耗以提高生产效益,在供水管网中设置监测点,考察了余氯的变化。结果表明:管网余氯受出厂水余氯直接影响,输送过程中受水温和水力停留时间影响较大。在新建、改造供水管道时,优先使用球墨铸铁管和经过内壁防腐的钢管,以减轻管道内壁腐蚀和脱落对管网余氯的影响。In order to reasonably control chlorine consumption in water treatment process and improve production efficiency,monitoring sites were set in the water distribution pipe network to investigate the change of residual chlorine on the premise of meeting the required residual chlorine concentration of the treated water and water at the end of the pipe network.The results showed that the residual chlorine in the pipe network was directly affected by the residual chlorine of the treated water,and greatly affected by water temperature and hydraulic retention time in the distribution process.For newly-built or reconstructed water pipeline,the ductile iron pipe and the steel pipe with anti-corrosion inner wall shall be preferentially used to reduce the impact of the corrosion and falling off of inner wall on the residual chlorine in the pipe network.
