摘  要:以汽车用7003-T6铝合金为研究对象,采用电子万能试验机分别在室温、50、100、150、200、250℃下进行拉伸试验,采用扫描电子显微镜观察了铝合金拉伸断口形貌,并研究了铝合金材料的高温性能。结果表明:随拉伸温度的升高,合金的屈服强度、抗拉强度、最大力塑性延伸率和应变硬化指数呈单调下降趋势,而伸长率则上升;断口处韧窝尺寸增大,深度减小,滑移条带增多,强化相对位错运动的阻碍减弱,铝合金材料强度不断降低,延伸率却不断升高。In this paper, the 7003-T6 aluminum alloy for automobile was taken as the research object, the tensile test was respectively carried out at room temperature, 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250 ℃ by electronic universal testing machine, and the tensile fracture morphology of aluminum alloy was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope, and the high temperature properties of aluminum alloy were studied. The results showed that with the increase of tensile temperature, the yield strength, tensile strength, maximum stress-plastic elongation and strain hardening index decreased monotonically, while the elongation increased. With the increase of tensile temperature, the dimple size increased, the depth decreased, the slip band increased, and the resistance of strengthening relative dislocation movement decreased, the strength of the material decreased,but the elongation increased continuously.
