摘 要:本文通过优化高强焊丝钢的化学成分和连铸工艺,探索了降低焊丝钢盘条抗拉强度实现免退火加工的可行性。结果表明:碳是影响抗拉强度的主要因素,为保证拉拔断丝率<5%,碳含量应控制在0.09%以下。化学成分及连铸工艺优化后,轧材组织的中心偏析得到明显改善,心部组织为F+少量P+MA,心部组织MA较为细小且分布弥散,大块MA基本消失,组织均匀性得到提高,晶粒度较小。热轧后钢盘条的抗拉强度为640~700 MPa,可满足钢盘条免退火工艺对抗拉强度的要求。The feasibility of reducing the tensile strength of welding wire steel wire rod to realize non-annealed processing was explored by optimizing the chemical composition and continuous casting process of high strength welding wire steel. The results showed that carbon was the main factor in affecting the tensile strength. In order to ensure that the wire breaking rate was less than 5%, the carbon content should be controlled to be less than 0.09%. After optimization of chemical composition and continuous casting process, the central segregation was significantly improved, the core microstructure was composed of the F+a small amount of P+MA, the core microstructure MA was more fine and dispersed, the bulk MA was basically disappeared, the microstructure homogeneity was increased, and the grain size was fine. The tensile strength of steel wire rod after hot rolling was from 640 to 700 MPa, which could meet the tensile strength requirements of the non-annealed process for steel wire rod.
