摘 要:心部硬度会直接影响渗碳齿轮的弯曲疲劳强度和接触疲劳强度,同时还对热处理变形有较大的影响。本文以一种渗碳齿轮为例,分析和总结了影响渗碳齿轮心部硬度的各种因素,发现用淬透性高的材料可解决齿轮心部硬度偏低的问题。The core hardness can directly affect the bending fatigue strength and contact fatigue strength of carburized gears, and also has a greater affect on the heat treatment deformation. Taking a carburized gear as an example, various factors affecting the core hardness of the carburized gear were analyzed and summarized in this paper. It was found that the problem of low core hardness of the gear could be solved by using materials with high hardenability.
