摘  要:采用光学显微镜和电子显微镜对7系铝合金铸锭中宏观缺陷的微观组织和成分进行了研究,并分析了夹杂类型及形成原因。结果表明:试样中宏观的点状及非特定形状缺陷为非金属氧化物夹杂,这主要归因于加入的晶粒细化剂Al-Zr合金本身含有氧化物夹杂,以及精炼过程渣、铝分离不彻底和除渣操作工艺不规范。在铸锭生产中要严格管控原材料和铸锭停留时间、炉膛清洁度、精炼工艺以及除渣工艺,避免铸锭中出现夹杂缺陷。The microstructure and composition of macroscopic defects in 7 series aluminum alloy ingots were studied by optical microscope and electron microscope, and the types and causes of inclusions were analyzed. The results show that the macroscopic point and non-specific shape defects in sample werenon-metallic oxide inclusions, which were mainly attributed to the addition of grain refiner Al-Zr alloy itself contained oxide inclusions, the incomplete separation of slag and aluminum in the refining process, and the nonstandard slag removal process. During ingot production, the raw materials and ingot residence time, furnace cleanliness, refining process and slag removal process must be strictly controlled to avoidinclusion defects in ingot.
