摘  要:本文对比了四个国内外不同厂家生产的6207深沟球轴承的材料、硬度、金相组织、残余应力、碳化物含量和尺寸分布等质量参数,并对不同的工艺过程和使用性能进行了分析。结果表明,日本N公司轴承与国内轴承在耐回火性能和锻造成形方式上有较大差异。基于轴承的使用性能,对轴承的技术要求提出了改进建议。This paper compared the material, hardness, microstructure, residual stress, carbide content and size distribution of 6207 deep groove ball bearing produced by four different manufacturers at home and abroad, and the different technological process and service performance of 6207 deep groove ball was analyzed. The results showed that there were great differences between N Company in Japan and domestic bearings in tempering resistance and forging forming method. Based on the performance of bearings, some suggestions were put forward for improving the technical requirements of bearings.
