摘  要:本文针对首次开发试制的汽车减震器套管用钢LAX340Y410T表面存在通条裂纹、烂钢等现象进行了工艺优化研究。结果表明,铸坯剥皮发现铸坯表面存在凹坑缺陷,铸坯凹坑缺陷剥皮去除后经加热轧制仍存在通条裂纹、烂钢缺陷,圆钢表面探伤合格率仅有30%左右。与不剥皮的铸坯相比,剥皮铸坯的应力裂纹敏感性更强。钢中加入N元素会与V生成脆性氮化物,在铸坯表面形成凹坑缺陷,会进一步加剧裂纹敏感性。通过工艺优化调整,取消冶炼过程中氮气环流,增加铸坯缓冷工序,圆钢表面探伤合格率由初次试制的3.13%提升至90.2%,产品质量大幅度提高。In this paper, the process optimization of the LAX340 Y410 T steel for automobile shock absorber sleeve was studied. The results showed that there were pit defects on the surface of casting billets after peeling off, and there were still through cracks and rotten steel defects after heated rolling. The qualified rate of round steel surface flaw detection was only about 30%. The peeled billets were more sensitive to stress cracks comparing with unpeeled billets. When N element was added to steel, brittle nitride would be formed with V, and the pit defects would be formed on the surface of casting billet, which would further aggravate the crack sensitivity. The qualified rate of round steel surface flaw detection was increased from 3.13% in the initial trial production to 90.2% and the product quality greatly improved by optimizing and adjusting the process which eliminating the nitrogen circulation in the smelting process and adding the slow cooling process for the billet.
