摘 要:北京地区汛期降雨呈现突发性强、局地性明显及短时雨强大等特点,由降雨引发的积水内涝逐渐成为“常态化”风险。如何提前预判内涝风险,及时向公众发布风险信息,是亟待解决的关键问题。应用北京模型体系及数字化手段,绘制完成了北京城市积水内涝风险地图,包括典型历史积水内涝点位分布图、下凹式立交桥分布图以及积水内涝风险分布图。积水内涝风险地图能够直观展示可能发生积水内涝风险点位分布,并给出了相应的避险措施,为社会公众雨天出行提供重要参考依据。Rainfall is characterized by unpredictable, regional and strong short-term during the flood season in Beijing. The waterlogging caused by rainfall has gradually become a "normalization" risk. Therefore, predicting waterlogging risk in advance and releasing risk information to the public in a timely manner are key issues to be solved. In this paper, we have completed the urban waterlogging risk map of Beijing, including the distribution map of typical historical waterlogging points, the concave bridge area and the waterlogging risk by using digital means after extensive research. The map visually shows the distribution of possible waterlogging risk points and provides corresponding risk avoidance measures to guide the public to go out on rainy days.
