摘  要:该文采用导数荧光光谱和二维相关光谱(2D-COS)分析人工快渗-湿地处理系统对城市生活污水DOM荧光组分的去除效果。研究结果表明,导数荧光光谱能够识别出4个明显的荧光区域,分别为类蛋白荧光区域A1(250~298 nm)、类富里酸荧光区域A2(298~353 nm)、类富里酸荧光区域A3(353~390 nm)和类腐殖酸荧光区域A4(390~550 nm)。人工快渗系统对3次采样的类蛋白荧光峰去除率分别为61.73%、40.05%和71.49%,其对类蛋白荧光物质具有较好的去除效果。人工湿地处理系统在前2个处理单元能够进一步将荧光物质去除。荧光区域积分表明,人工快渗-湿地处理系统对3次取样中荧光有机物的总去除率分别为72.12%、43.03%和63.09%,城市污水进水负荷对系统处理效果有着重要的影响。2D-COS结果表明,荧光组分的优先变化次序为类蛋白荧光(275 nm)、类腐殖酸荧光(418 nm)、类富里酸荧光(366 nm)、类腐殖酸荧光(433 nm)和类腐殖酸荧光(540 nm),说明类蛋白物质能够优先被去除。移动窗口2D-COS结果说明类蛋白荧光在整个人工快渗-湿地处理系统中变化最为明显,这与处理系统对城市生活污水DOM类蛋白荧光组分具有较高的去除效果相一致。因此,对荧光DOM去除效果的研究能够更简便、快速地反映人工快渗-湿地处理系统效率。Derivative fluorescence and two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy(2D-COS)were used to analyze the removal effects of fluorescence components in DOM from urban domestic sewage by constructed rapid infiltration-wetland treatment system.The result showed that derivative fluorescence spectrum can identify four obvious fluorescence regions,which were protein-like region A1(250~298 nm),fulvic-like region A2(298~353 nm),fulvic-like region A3(353~390 nm)and humic-like A4(390~550 nm).The treatment system indicated an excellent removal effect of protein-like materials,and the removal rates of three samples were 61.73%,40.05%and 71.49%,respectively.The constructed wetland can further remove fluorescent substances in the first two treatment units.Fluorescence regional integral showed that the total removal rates of fluorescent substances in the three samples by constructed rapid infiltration-wetland treatment system were 72.12%,43.03%and 63.09%,respectively.The inflow load of urban sewage has an important influence on the treatment effect of the system.The 2D-COS showed that the preferential change of fluorescent components was in the order as protein-like(275 nm),humic-like(418 nm),fulvic-like(366 nm),humic-like(433 nm)and humic-like acid fluorescence(540 nm).The results of moving-window 2D-COS showed that protein-like components showed a distinct change in the whole treatment system,which was consistent with the high removal effect of protein-like components.Therefore,the study on the removal effect of fluorescent DOM can more easily and quickly reflect the efficiency of constructed rapid infiltration-wetland treatment system.
