摘  要:临时性利用是近年来西方国家在推动城市更新、实现建筑遗产可持续性保护实践中作出的有效尝试。作为西欧地区较早推动工业遗产开发与再利用的国家之一,荷兰首都阿姆斯特丹的西煤气厂在长达数十年的开发过程中形成了兼具遗产保护与功能置换的临时性利用策略,不仅使一批具有突出价值的工业遗产得到有效保护,而且为废弃工业区周边的城市复兴注入了全新活力。本文回顾了阿姆斯特丹西煤气厂在被确定为国家级不可移动建筑遗产后,从初期无明确目标的临时性利用,到最终将确定性与不确定性临时利用共同作为开发策略的发展历程,进一步梳理和探讨了该项目的成功经验,以期为我国城市更新与复兴提供参考,为工业遗产可持续性保护与开发利用提供有益启示。Temporary use is an effective attempt made by western countries in promoting urban renewal and realizing the sustainable protection of architectural heritage in recent years. As one of the first countries in Western Europe to promote the development and reuse of industrial heritage, Westergasfabriek in the capital of the Netherlands, has formed a temporary utilization strategy of heritage protection and function replacement in the development process of decades, which not only effectively protects a number of industrial heritage with outstanding value, but also injects new vitality into the urban regeneration around the abandoned industrial zone. This paper reviews the development process of Westergasfabriek, after being determined as a national immovable architectural heritage, from the temporary use without clear objectives in the initial stage to the joint development strategy of determination and uncertain temporary use, and further combs and discusses the successful experience of the project, in order to provide references for urban renewal and rejuvenation in China and provide beneficial enlightenment for the sustainable protection,development and utilization of industrial heritage.
