摘 要:利用铜尾矿作为水泥硅质原料,通过优化原料配比,研究了不同原料配比的生料易烧性、熟料的矿物组成、微观形貌和力学性能,冶金危废对熟料重金属元素浸出量的影响。结果表明,适量的铜尾矿的掺入不会影响所制备的熟料矿物组成,同时可以有效改善生料的易烧性能。当硅率值为RSM=2.70时,试样抗折、抗压强度会略低于基准值,但降低幅度较小,对力学性能没有明显的影响,表明铜尾矿具备替代水泥硅质原料煅烧熟料的潜能。In this study, Jiangxi characteristic metallurgical hazardous waste copper tailings were used as cement silicon raw materials, and through optimizing the ratio of raw materials, the flammability of raw materials with different ratio of raw materials, mineral composition,microstructure and mechanical properties of clinker, and the influence of metallurgical hazardous waste on the leaching amount of heavy metal elements of clinker were studied. The results show that the incorporation of appropriate copper tailings will not affect the mineral composition of the prepared clinker, and can effectively improve the flammability of raw material. When the silicon ratio value is RSM = 2.70, the flexural and compressive strength of the sample will be slightly lower than the benchmark, but the reduction range is relatively low, which has no obvious effect on the mechanical properties, indicating that the copper tailings has the potential to replace the calcined clinker of the silicon cement raw material.
