摘 要:自由板由于其自身外表面积大,在浇筑过程中极易由于湿度损失而形成干缩应力,影响结构安全。同时,由于其表面积大,混凝土涉及范围广,加之湿度场非线性扩散理论,常规干缩应力计算方法存在计算量大、操作复杂等缺点,不适合工程使用。因此,需要更为简便的干缩应力计算方法。文中针对湿度场理论进行改进,提出用差分代替微分的方法,大大缩减湿度场和干缩应力计算量,而计算精度并未显著降低,为实际工程提供了快速而高效的干缩应力计算方法。同时,结合干缩应力形成机理,给出了干缩应力防护措施,为实际工程中自由板养护提供了理论参照。Due to its large surface area, the free plate is easy to form dry shrinkage stress due to humidity loss during pouring, which affects the structural safety. Due to its large surface area, wide range of concrete, and the non-linear diffusion theory of humidity field, the conventional dry shrinkage stress calculation method has the disadvantages of large amount of calculation and complex operation, so it is not suitable for engineering use. Therefore, a simple calculation method of shrinkage stress is needed. In this paper, the theory of humidity field is improved, and the method of using difference instead of differential is proposed, which greatly reduces the calculation amount of humidity field and shrinkage stress, but the calculation accuracy is not significantly reduced. This method provides a fast and efficient calculation method of shrinkage stress for practical engineering. At the same time, combined with the formation mechanism of dry shrinkage stress, the protective measures of dry shrinkage stress are given, which provides a theoretical reference for the maintenance of free plate in practical engineering.
