基于有限元模型的衬砌湿度场和干缩应力分析

摘  要:衬砌是一种用于渠道施工的防止水渗透的结构,一般多采用混凝土结构。衬砌表面面积较大,厚度很小,在浇筑过程中极易由于湿度扩散而出现干缩应力。文中结合南水北调渠道衬砌实例,根据湿度传播理论和边界条件,建立衬砌湿度场有限元模型,分析了衬砌湿度场和应力场的分布,并给出了最大干缩应力的时序变化,可为衬砌施工以及湿度场控制提供参考。Lining is a structure used for channel construction to prevent water infiltration, and generally concrete structure is used. The lining surface area is large, but the thickness is very small, so it is very easy to have drying shrinkage stress due to moisture diffusion during the pouring process. Based on the theory of moisture propagation and boundary conditions, a finite element model of the moisture field in the lining of the South to North Water Transfer canal is established. The distribution of moisture field and stress field of the lining are analyzed respectively, and the time sequence of the maximum shrinkage stress is given. This conclusion provides a reference for lining construction and humidity field control.
