摘　　要：文中针对生产线窑系统存在的问题,从预热器、篦冷机工艺管理角度,对预热器、篦冷机进行技术改造,通过改造,每吨熟料标准煤耗下降5.9kg,综合电耗下降1kW·h。In view of the problems existing in the kiln system of the production line, the preheater and grate cooler were technically modified from the perspective of process management of the preheater and grate cooler. Through the modification, the standard coal consumption of clinker decreased by 5.9kg and the comprehensive power consumption of clinker decreased by 1 kW·h.
