摘  要:某天气雷达塔的内部结构为超高耸变截面圆核心筒,沿高度共发生5次变截面,其中筒壁外径恒为15.6m,墙厚为1300~400mm,结构高度为117.9m。采用滑模施工将面临结构高、筒壁厚度变化多、危险因素多等挑战。文中从变径滑模工艺、滑升安全控制等方面介绍了该工程的滑模施工技术。实践证明,加衬模法等一系列滑模施工技术能安全、高效、高质量地完成超高耸变截面结构的建造。The inner structure of a radar tower is a cylindrical core cylinder with ultra-high and variable section, which has five variable sections along the height. The outer diameter of the cylinder wall is constant 15.6m, the wall thickness is 1300~400mm, and the structure height is 117.9m. The construction with sliding form will face challenges such as high structure, variable thickness of cylinder wall and many dangerous factors. In this paper, the sliding form construction technology of the project is introduced from the aspects of variable diameter sliding form technology and sliding lift safety control. It has been proved that a series of sliding form construction techniques, such as liner method, can safely, efficiently and with high quality complete the construction of ultrahigh height variable section structure.
