摘　　要：近年来,住建部先后对多个省份的乡村振兴建设工作作出了批复,明确指出要在农村居住房屋的改造与建设中开展绿色装配式轻钢房屋试点。各省市纷纷响应号召,结合乡村振兴战略和美丽乡村建设,鼓励农村危房改造、山区迁建安置农房等采用钢结构,引导广大农村居民自建住房采用轻型钢框架结构、低层冷弯薄壁钢结构等钢结构体系建设。数据显示,截至2021年底,全国已累计建成装配式轻钢房屋十余万套。文中以装配式轻钢房屋在西北乡村振兴建设中的发展为依托,对其产业化生产与应用方式的可行性进行了分析与探究。In recent years, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has made a reply to the rural revitalization construction work of many provinces, clearly pointed out that the reform and construction of rural housing to carry out green prefabricated light steel housing pilot. Provinces have called on, combine the country revitalization strategy and beautiful village construction, encourage rural mountain dangerous house renovation, such as the relocation placement the farmhouse adopts steel structure, guide the rural residents’ selfbuilt housing using light steel frame structure, low-level cold-formed thin-wall steel structure system of steel structure construction, such as data show that by the end of 2021, More than 100,000 prefabricated light steel houses have been built nationwide. Based on the development of prefabricated light steel housing in rural revitalization construction in northwest China, the feasibility of its industrial production and application is analyzed and explored in this paper.
