摘  要:随着家用电器对直流电机性能不断提高,用以满足家用电器整机能效,同时保障成本不增加,转速进一步提升30%。现有家用直流电机,由转子结构径向式8极结构,升级转子结构切向式10极磁路结构,用以满足电机性能提升、保障转子高速化后结构更加可靠。因此迫切需要,升级后小功率直流电机转子切向式结构,进行从生产制造、性能提升方法、检测原理、实验手段等全流程进行分析,从而满足小功率直流家电电器转子切向化磁路结构需求,达到能效升级要求,即用户端用电减少,同时电机成本不增加,同时保障生产制造质量稳定,实现家电直流电机方案转型升级,性能达到大幅度提升。With the continuous improvement of the performance of household appliances on DC motors,it is used to meet the energy efficiency of household appliances,while ensuring that the cost does not increase,and the speed is further increased by 30%.The existing household DC motor is composed of a radial 8-pole structure of the rotor structure and a tangential 10-pole magnetic circuit structure of the rotor structure to meet the performance of the motor and ensure that the structure is more reliable after the high-speed of the rotor.Therefore,there is an urgent need for the tangential structure of the rotor of the low-power DC motor after the upgrade to analyze the whole process from manufacturing,performance improvement methods,detection principles,experimental methods,etc.,so as to meet the needs of the rotor tangential magnetic circuit structure of the small power DC home appliance electrical appliances,and achieve the requirements of energy efficiency upgrade,that is,the user-side power consumption is reduced,and the motor cost does not increase,while ensuring the stability of production and manufacturing quality,realizing the transformation and upgrading of the home appliance DC motor program,and the performance has been greatly improved.
