家用电器待机下电磁兼容测试的应对设计

摘　　要：家用电器标准GB 4706.1-2005增加了待机状态的电磁兼容测试,测试等级比正常工作状态高,采用双向可控硅驱动小功率交流电机的家电产品不容易通过测试。本文以电风扇产品为例,详细说明测试失效的机理,提供系统的解决方案。The standard GB 4706.1-2005 for household appliances adds the electromagnetic compatibility test in standby mode.The test level is higher than that in normal working state.Household appliances using triacs to drive low-power AC motor are not easy to pass the test.Taking the electric fan product as an example,this paper explains the mechanism of test failure in detail and provides a systematic solution.
