摘　　要：本文分析了商用冷冻展示柜常用的三种除霜方法及原理,通过对三种常用的除霜方式的化霜过程、温升变化、化霜时间以及应用成本等方面的分析,为不同应用场景下的商用冷冻展示柜的化霜系统设计提供参考。This paper analyzes the three defrosting methods and principles commonly used in commercial refrigeration display cabinets,and provides a reference for the design of the defrosting system of commercial refrigeration display cabinets in different application scenarios through the analysis of the defrosting process,temperature rise change,defrosting time and application cost of the three commonly used defrosting methods.
