摘　　要：新型智能多功能厨房垃圾处理装置,包括壳体、顶盖、三个垃圾容器和垃圾容器支撑组件,壳体的内部设有干湿分离腔和干垃圾收集腔,干湿分离腔内设有旋转装置和压缩装置,三个垃圾容器均设置在垃圾容器支撑组件上,旋转装置带动垃圾容器旋转以对垃圾容器内的厨房垃圾进行脱水处理,压缩装置带动垃圾容器内设置的底板向上移动以对垃圾容器内的脱水后的垃圾进行压缩,通过推动装置将垃圾输送至下料装置正下方,下料装置将垃圾推入垃圾收集框内,通过鼓风机装置对垃圾收集框内的垃圾进行烘干杀菌,解决了下水管道堵塞的问题,压缩的垃圾经过烘干杀菌可以存放更长时间,可以进行二次利用,充分的利用了厨房垃圾中的营养成分。A novel intelligent multifunctional kitchen garbage disposal device comprises a shell,a top cover,three garbage containers and a garbage container support assembly,wherein a dry-wet separation cavity and a dry garbage collection cavity are arranged in the shell,a rotary device and a compression device are arranged in the drywet separation cavity,all three garbage containers are arranged on the garbage container support assembly,and the rotary device drives the garbage containers to rotate to dehydrate the kitchen garbage in the garbage containers.The compression device drives the bottom plate arranged in the garbage container to move upwards to compress the dehydrated garbage in the garbage container,and the garbage is conveyed to the right below the blanking device by the pushing device,which pushes the garbage into the garbage collection frame,and the garbage in the garbage collection frame is dried and sterilized by the blower device,thus solving the problem of sewer blockage.The compressed garbage can be stored for a longer time after drying and sterilization,and can be reused,making full use of the nutritional ingredients in the kitchen garbage.
