摘　　要：作为“六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0实施的核心要素,师资队伍建设面临着理念、方法、机制等方面的创新需求。以江南大学食品学院新工科建设为例,阐述了师资队伍建设在培养卓越工程师过程中的重要性,分析了建设过程中存在的问题,在此基础上有针对性地提出了解决的路径和举措,以期为工科院校以卓越人才培养为目标的师资队伍建设实践提供借鉴和参考。As the key implementer of“six excellence and one top-notch”plan,staff development faces many problems such as the concepts,the methods and the mechanism.Using the construction of emergent engineering education in the School of Food Science and Technology of Jiangnan University as a case,this article expounds the importance of faculty development,analyses the problems in the construction process,and also puts forward the measures and paths to solving these problems.It is expected that this study will provide reference for other similar engineering universities to perform staff development activities targeting at nurturing outstanding talents.
