摘　　要：为了提高拆解或组装液压支架侧护板的工作效率、降低作业过程中的安全风险、降低劳动强度,研究设计了一种液压支架侧护板拆装机械手。详细介绍了液压支架侧护板拆装机械手的结构组成及功能。通过应用液压支架侧护板拆装机械手拆解或组装液压支架侧护板,有效提高了作业效率、保障了作业安全及降低了劳动强度。In order to improve the working efficiency of dismantling or assembling the side shield of the hydraulic support, reduce the high safety risks during the operation and reduce labor intensity, studied and designed a hydraulic support side shield disassembling and assembling manipulator. The structure and function of the manipulator for dismantling and assembling the side shield of the hydraulic support were introduced in detail. By using the hydraulic support side shield disassembly and assembly manipulator to disassemble or assemble the hydraulic support side shield, the operation efficiency is effectively improved,the operation safety is ensured, and the labor intensity is reduced.
