隧道衬砌台车模板自动清理与涂膜一体化系统设计研究

摘　　要：以某隧道二衬模板台车的模板表面清理与自动涂装脱模剂一体化系统为例,介绍了现有隧道施工中台车模板表面固化水泥清理和脱模剂涂刷工序存在的问题,并对现有技术条件下的解决方案进行了对比分析,进一步阐述了解决问题思路,并提出新的优化设计方案。工程实践表明,该台车模板自动清理与涂膜一体化系统在提高清理固化水泥和涂脱模剂工序方面的施工效率和保证混凝土衬砌质量方面效果明显。Taking the integrated system of formwork surface cleaning and automatic coating release agent of a tunnel second lining formwork trolley as an example, introduced the problems existing in the surface curing cement cleaning of trolley formwork and the brushing process of release agent in the existing tunnel construction, compared and analyzed the solutions under the existing technical conditions,further expounded the ideas to solve the problems, and put forward a new optimization design scheme.The engineering practice shows that the integrated system of automatic cleaning and coating of trolley formwork has obvious effect in improving the construction efficiency of cleaning and curing cement and coating release agent and ensuring the quality of concrete lining.
