双级摇臂大采高短壁采煤机研制

摘　　要：借鉴常规短壁采煤机设计经验,研制了一种采用双级摇臂的单滚筒短壁采煤机,阐述其组成、结构特点和性能参数,并提出三机配套要求。该采煤机可基本解决5 m以上特厚煤层短壁工作面的开采难题。Based on the design experience of conventional short-wall shearer, a kind of short-wall shearer with double stage ranging arm and single drum was developed, its composition, structural characteristics and performance parameters were described, and the matching requirements of three machines were put forward. The shearer can basically solve the difficult problem of mining of short wall working face of extra thick coal seam above 5 m.
