摘  要:曲轨和闸门的相互作用完成箕斗的卸料过程。以42 t大型箕斗为研究对象,通过三维建模、公式推导、仿真分析等方法对箕斗卸料过程进行分析。分析结果显示:闸门在开启的过程中最大受力为120 kN,曲轨所受最大应力为145 MPa,低于Q355的屈服强度,安全系数为2.45;曲轨最大形变为0.465 mm,在允许范围内。The interaction between the bending track and the gate completes the unloading process of skip. Taking 42 t large skip as the research object, analyzed the unloading process of skip through 3D modeling, formula derivation, simulation analysis and other methods. The analysis results show that the maximum force is 120 kN in the process of opening the gate, the maximum stress of the bending track is145 MPa, which is lower than the yield strength of Q355, the safety factor is 2.45, and the maximum deformation of the bending track is 0.465 mm within the allowable range.
