摘 要:根据某煤矿生产现状,对其矿井内9#煤层开采进行掘进工艺研究。根据其煤层地质条件,规划了9#煤层回风巷道和运输巷道的断面尺寸和巷道支护参数,并提出掘锚一体机快速掘进2种方案,从设备参数、支护任务、优缺点等方面对2种方案进行了详细的对比,最终确定了以掘锚一体机为龙头的连续运输快速掘进方案,为该煤矿9#煤层开采奠定基础。According to the current production situation of a coal mine, the research on the tunneling technology for the №.9 coal seam in the mine was carried out. According to the coal seam geological conditions, the section sizes and roadway support parameters of return air roadway and transportation roadway in №.9 coal seam were planned, and two fast tunneling technical schemes of bolter miner were proposed. The two schemes were compared in detail from the aspects of equipment parameters, support tasks, advantages and disadvantages, and finally the rapid tunneling scheme with the bolter miner was determined, which lays a foundation for the mining of thin coal seam in the coal mine.
