摘  要:采用斜Y形坡口焊接裂纹试验分析了S690Q调质钢的焊接接头裂纹敏感性。S690Q钢有明显的淬硬性,冷裂纹倾向较大,焊接时预热温度100℃以上可有效防止焊接冷裂纹的产生。分析不同焊接热输入下S690Q钢板的焊接接头性能变化规律,结果表明S690Q钢板的焊接质量良好、综合力学性能优良,S690Q能够满足煤矿液压支架的设计和使用要求。The sensitivity of welding joint crack of S690Q quenched and tempered steel was analyzed by oblique Y-shaped groove welding crack test. S690Q steel has obvious hardenability, cold crack tendency are large, and the preheating temperature is above 100 ℃ which can effectively prevent the cold crack of welding. By analyzing the change rule of welding joint performance of S690Q steel plate under different welding heat input, the results show that the welding quality of S690Q steel plate is good, the comprehensive mechanical properties are excellent, and S690Q can meet the design and application requirements of coal mine hydraulic support.
