摘　　要：在带式输送机输送线路起伏多变的工况条件下,若输送线路上物料分布不均匀,驱动功率就会在正、负2种功率状态转化,使驱动滚筒两侧的张力发生突变,导致拉紧装置选型过大或带式输送机驱动滚筒与输送带发生打滑而不能正常工作。提出了一种新型双拉紧带式输送机,为复杂工况条件下带式输送机的布置提供了一定的技术参考。Under the belt conveyor transmission line undulating conditions, if the material distribution is not uniform in transmission line, the driving power will be in two power state conversion, positive and negative, which causes the tension on both sides of the driving drum to change suddenly and causes the type selection of the tensioning device to be too large or the driving drum of the belt conveyor to slip and can not work normally. A new type of double-tension belt conveyor was put forward, which provides a certain technical reference for the layout of belt conveyor under complex working conditions.
