摘  要:针对典型的带式输送机结构和驱动方式,采用广义随机Petri网构建了动态可靠性模型,通过余度运行过程中的系统状态转移、故障切换过程及单机驱动系统的故障检测能力对系统可靠性的影响分析,为现代矿井中带式输送机高可靠性设计、故障条件下的驱动系统余度管理及切换机制,以及驱动系统BIT的设计提供指导。Aiming at the typical belt conveyor structure and driving mode, the dynamic reliability model was constructed by using the generalized stochastic Petri nets. Through the analysis of the influence of the system state transition and fault switching process in the redundant operation process and the fault detection ability of the single drive system on the system reliability, provides guidance for the high reliability design of modern mine belt conveyor, the redundancy management and switching mechanism of drive system under failure condition, and the design of drive system BIT.
