摘 要:上隅角瓦斯浓度超限的问题一直是制约矿井安全生产的重点和难点,是矿井一通三防工作中的重中之重。最新版《煤矿安全规程》取消了专用排瓦斯巷的相关规定,意味着高、突瓦斯矿井不能再继续采用内错尾巷专用风排瓦斯技术治理上隅角瓦斯。为此提出了低位抽放巷上隅角瓦斯治理技术。理论分析和现场应用结果均表明,低位抽放巷移动式瓦斯抽采技术可有效治理上隅角瓦斯积聚及瓦斯浓度超限问题,为消除上隅角瓦斯积聚、避免瓦斯超限提供了一条新思路。The exceeding limit of gas density in the upper corner has been the key and difficult point to restrict the safety production of mine, which is the priority of the one-ventilation and three-prevention work. The latest Coal Mine Safety Regulations abolished the relevant regulations for special gas discharge roadways, which means that the high and prominent gas mines can no longer use the special air exhaust gas technology in the inner interlocked to deal with the upper corner gas. Thus the gas extraction technology in the upper corner of low drainage roadway was proposed. Theoretical analyses and field application show that the mobile gas extraction technology in the low drainage roadway can effectively address the issues on the gas accumulation and the exceeding limit of the gas density in the upper corner of the roadway, and provide a new idea for eliminating gas accumulation in the upper corner and avoiding exceeding gas limit.
