摘  要:导轨是钻机的关键零件,由于特殊的使用工况容易磨损失效,频繁更换会增加企业的使用成本,且耽误施工工期。提出利用激光熔覆技术在45钢基体上熔覆耐磨层的方法制造钻机耐磨导轨,通过分段式+夹具+超声波激振的工艺降低导轨熔覆时的翘曲变形,从而保证导轨成形后耐磨层的均匀性。应用结果表明,该技术能大大提高导轨的耐磨性,同时降低制造成本50%以上,为钻机导轨的设计和改进提供了技术参考。The guide rail is the key part of drilling rig. Due to the special working conditions, it is easy to wear and fail. Frequent replacement will increase the use cost of the enterprise and delay the construction period. The method of cladding wear-resistant layer on 45 steel substrate by laser cladding technology was proposed to manufacture the wear-resistant guide rail of drilling rig. The warpage deformation of the guide rail during cladding is reduced by the process of subsection + fixture + ultrasonic excitation, so as to ensure the uniformity of the wear-resistant layer after the guide rail is formed. The application results show that this technology can greatly improve the wear resistance of the guide rail and reduce the manufacturing cost by more than 50%, which provides a technical reference for the design and improvement of the guide rail.
