摘 要:针对煤矿井下全液压钻机使用环境与液压系统功能需求,从电机泵组、油箱、冷却器3个主要部件的理论计算和液压系统管路通径计算着手,分析、总结归纳了钻机液压泵站功能与性能的标准化设计要点;根据突发性故障和磨损性故障的定义和概念,对常见故障进行了分类,对故障原因和排除方法进行了分析与总结。结合煤矿井下钻机大功率、自动化、智能化的发展需求,对钻机液压泵站的发展趋势进行了展望。In view of the working environment and the functional requirements of the hydraulic system of the full hydraulic drilling rig in underground coal mine, analyzed and summarized the key points of the standardized design of the hydraulic pump station function and performance of the drilling rig from the theoretical calculation of the three main components of the motor pump set, the oil tank and the cooler and the hydraulic pipe diameter calculation. According to the definition and concept of sudden faults and wear faults, classified the common faults, analyzed and summarized the fault causes and troubleshooting methods. Combined with the development demand of underground coal mine drilling rig with high power,automation and intelligence, the development trend of drilling rig hydraulic pump station was prospected.
