摘  要:针对川煤集团斌郎煤矿4012采区带式运输控制系统存在系统老旧、线路复杂、维护难度大、自动化水平低、控制策略简单、缺少语音预警、不能实时通话等一系列问题,设计了一套以KJ181(A)-F监控主站为控制核心的带式运输控制系统。该系统通过运用七芯通信总线、KJ181(A)-F1监控子站、KDY660/18K(A)电源控制箱、扩音电话、急停开关、通信终端以及相应传感器实现对井下带式运输系统的全自动化控制,极大地降低了系统接线工作量和维护难度,同时运用逆煤流流程启动、顺煤流流程启动、顺煤流流程停止、系统语音播报、实时语音通话等高级功能,实现对带式运输系统的实时监测和智能化控制。Aiming at a series of problems existing in belt transportation control system in 4012 mining area of Binlang coal mine of Sichuan Coal Group, such as old system, complex lines, difficult maintenance,low level of automation, simple control strategy, lack of voice warning and no real-time call, etc.,designed a belt transportation control system with KJ181(A)-F monitoring station as the control core.The system realizes full automatic control of underground belt transportation system by using seven-core communication bus, KJ181(A)-F1 monitoring sub-station, KDY660/18K(A) power supply control box, loudspeaker telephone, emergency stop switch, communication terminal and corresponding sensor,which greatly reduces the wiring workload and maintenance difficulty of the system. At the same time,advanced functions such as starting the process of backward coal flow, starting the process of forward coal flow, stopping the process of forward coal flow, system voice broadcast, real-time voice call are used to realize real-time monitoring and intelligent control of belt transportation system.
