摘 要:掘锚机由于工作环境复杂、工况恶劣,利用智能安全监控方法快速、准确诊断故障并及时预警具有重要意义。提出一种掘锚机智能安全监控系统架构,通过CAN网络拓扑结构挂载多节点设备,基于总线通信技术将节点设备的状态数据实时反馈于掘锚机本体主电气系统,利用集成在主电气系统中的实时故障诊断技术和风险预警策略对掘锚机进行全面监控诊断。详尽阐述了掘锚机智能安全监控系统的硬件方案、软件流程、安全联锁和用户界面,系统地说明了智能安全监控系统的应用对掘锚机自动化、智能化和安全性的作用。Due to complex environment and bad working conditions of anchor digging machine, it is of great significance to use intelligent safety monitoring method to diagnose faults quickly and accurately and give early warning in time. Proposed an intelligent safety monitoring system architecture of the anchor digging machine, which mounts several node equipments through the CAN network topology.Based on the bus communication technology, the feedback status data of the node equipment was transformed to the main electrical system of the anchor digging machine in real-time. The real-time fault diagnosis technology and risk early warning strategy were integrated in the main electrical system to carry out the full monitoring and diagnosis of anchor digging machine. Expounded the hardware scheme, software flow, safety interlock and user interface of the intelligent safety monitoring system of the anchor digging machine in detail, and systematically explained the role of the application of the intelligent safety monitoring system in the automation, intelligence and safety of the anchor digging machine.
