摘 要:为了精准控制带式输送机速度,提出了基于双CAN总线的露天矿带式输送机速度自动化控制方法。引入双CAN总线构建通信网络,确定双CAN总线运行模型,搭建带式输送机速度自动化控制框架,构造露天矿带式输送机模型,选择最大安全加速度以防止输送带过张、打滑与电机过热。以最小带式输送机能耗为目标,制定变间隔速度自动化控制策略,实现带式输送机速度的自动化控制。实验数据显示:不同实验工况条件下,应用所提方法获得的速度控制数据传输时间数值短于给定标准时间,输送速度控制安全等级分布在一、二级区间,充分证实了所提方法应用性能较佳。In order to accurately control the speed of the belt conveyor, an automatic control method of the speed of the open-pit mine belt conveyor with dual CAN bus was proposed. Introduced dual CAN buses to build a communication network, determined the operation model of dual CAN buses, built an automatic control framework for the speed of the belt conveyor, constructed a belt conveyor model for an open-pit mine, and selected the maximum safe acceleration value of the belt conveyor to prevent the conveyor belt from overstretching, slipping and motor overheating. Aiming at the minimum energy consumption of the belt conveyor, formulated the automatic control strategy of variable interval speed to realize the automatic control of the speed of the belt conveyor. The experimental data show that under different experimental conditions, the transmission time value of the speed control data obtained by the proposed method is lower than the given standard time, and the safety level of speed control is distributed in the first and second intervals, which fully confirms that the application performance of the proposed method is better.
