摘　　要：对播放机顶板制件的加工工艺进行了分析,主要工艺为冲孔、拉伸和折弯。针对该制件的结构特点,分别设计冲裁和折弯复合模进行加工。介绍了两种复合模具的结构、设计原理及模具的工作过程,并与传统级进模结构相比较的优势所在。经生产总结发现,该结构模具生产效率高,生产稳定性强,具有很好的经济效益。The processing technology of the player roof products is analyzed,and the main processes are piercing,drawing and bending.According to the structural characteristics of the product,blanking and bending composite dies are designed for processing.The structure,design principle and working process of the two composite dies are introduced,and the advantages compared with the traditional progressive die structure are introduced.After production summary,it is found that the structure die has high production efficiency,strong production stability and good economic benefits.
