摘　　要：U形扣注射模结构设计并不算复杂,由于该注射模结构对于多型腔排列布置没有规避浇注系统的禁忌,造成成型的三分之二的U形扣产生了填充不足和缩痕等缺陷。对于多型腔分流道长度不等的型腔排列,是需要反复计算浇口的平衡值,通过改变浇口截面和浇口长度的计算,并以计算数据为依据进行反复的浇口修理,以便达到塑料熔体流量的平衡,但这样做是得不偿失的。该案例就是一种警示,对于多型腔注射模的排列布置,一定要注意浇口截面的平衡值的计算。若在制订模具结构方案就注意到多型腔的排列布置浇口的平衡性,采用了等分流道长度的排列布置,就能完全避免浇注系统布置的禁忌。The structure design of the U shaped buckle injection mold is not complicated.Because the injection mold structure does not avoid the taboo of the pouring system for the arrangement of multi-cavity,two-thirds of the U shaped buckle has defects such as insufficient filling and shrinkage marks.For the multi-cavity shunting length of different cavity arrangement,it is necessary to repeatedly calculate the balance value of the gate,by changing the gate section and gate length calculation,and to calculate the data as the basis for repeated gate repair,in order to achieve the balance of plastic melt flow,but this is not worth the loss.This case is a warning,for the arrangement of multi-cavity injection mold,we must pay attention to the calculation of the balance value of the gate section.If we pay attention to the balance of the arrangement and arrangement of the gate of the multi-cavity in the formulation of the mold structure scheme,we can completely avoid the taboos of the arrangement of the pouring system by using the arrangement and arrangement of the equal length of the runner.
