摘　　要：介绍了热塑性橡胶材料的应用,并通过橡胶盖制品充填模拟及材料性能分析,对模具顶出系统的结构进行了优化改善;同时通过模具设计制造及成型生产的研究和实践,详细分析总结了注射工艺参数、模具表面粗糙度等因素对制品脱模的影响规律,提出了橡胶模具加工制造中的要点注意事项,为此类制品的模具设计和生产制造积累了宝贵的经验。This paper introduce the application of thermoplastic rubber materials.Through the filling simulation of rubber cover products and the analysis of material properties.Optimized and improved the structure of the mold ejection system.At the same time,through the mold manufacture and research of molding production,summarize the influence of injection process parameters,mold surface roughness and other factors on product in detail.Give the suggestion of the key points for attention in the processing and manufacturing of elastomer mold,which has accumulated valuable experience for mold design and production of such products.
