摘　　要：以指示灯固定架精密塑件为例,介绍了精密注射模设计的一般流程,分析了指示灯固定架的结构和所用ABS材料的成型工艺,使用MoldFlow软件分析成型过程中的塑料流动情况,使用Creo软件设计出模具结构,并生成模具二维工程图。模具采用一模两腔及点浇口进料结构,优化了模具设计过程和模具结构,缩短了模具设计周期,提高了经济效益。Taking the precision plastic part of the indicator lamp holder as an example,the general process of precision injection mold design was introduced,the structure of the indicator lamp holder and the molding process of the ABS material used were analyzed,the plastic flow in the molding process was analyzed using MoldFlow software,the mold structure was designed using Creo software,and the two-dimensional engineering drawing of the mold was generated.The the first mock examination with two cavities and point gate feeding structure is adopted to optimize the mold design process and mold structure,shorten the mold design cycle and improve economic benefits.
