摘　　要：以汽车轮罩外板为例,利用TD技术对其模具进行重新开发,解决了制件的拉毛开裂等质量问题。阐述了TD技术相对于其它表面热处理技术的优点。Taking the outer plate of automobile wheel cover of a company as an example,the die is redeveloped by TD technology,it solves the quality problem of the parts such as pulling and cracking.The advantages of TD technology compared with other surface heat treatment technologies are described.
