摘　　要：为了降低超大型塑料模具钢DL718HH预硬开裂倾向,同时提高硬度均匀性,提出了一种新型预硬工艺,并阐明了预硬原理及工艺优点。In order to reduce the pre-hardening cracking tendency of super large plastic mold steel DL718HH and improve the uniformity of hardness,a new pre-hardening process is proposed in this paper,and the principle and advantages of the pre-hardening process are expounded.
