摘 要:在污水处理领域,MBR工艺相比于传统的水处理工艺,其占地面积小,出水水质优,系统紧凑并且自动化程度高等,因此应用比较广泛。但是MBR系统中膜污染问题一直是阻碍该技术应用的难点。探究MBR膜污染机理是控制膜污染的基础,采取合理有效的控制方式减缓膜污染速率,对污水处理技术发展和污水资源化利用具有重要意义。本文总结分析了近年来关于膜污染机理和控制方法研究进展,旨在为MBR应用和发展中提供支持。In the field of sewage treatment,compared with the traditional water treatment process, the MBR process has great advantages in terms of occupation,water quality,management and operation,small area,excellent water quality, compact system and high degree of automatic management,and is widely used in the sewage treatment market.However,membrane pollution has always been an obstacle to the popularization and application of MBR technology,and the research on the characteristics and mechanism of MBR membrane pollution is the basis for the control of membrane pollution.Exploring the fouling mechanism of MBR membranes is the basis for controlling membrane fouling. Taking reasonable and effective control methods to slow down the membrane fouling rate is of great significance to the development of sewage treatment technology and the utilization of sewage resources.In this paper,the mechanism and control methods of membrane fouling are summarized,in order to provide some support for the development of MBR in engineering application and water treatment field.
