热重法测定聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)树脂中的炭黑含量

摘　　要：PBAT在氮气气氛下会发生热裂解,产生大量的裂解碳,对炭黑含量的测定存在较大的干扰。利用热重分析法,对PBAT树脂中的炭黑含量进行测定,需要设定特定的温度程序,排除裂解碳的干扰,才能够较为准确地获得PBAT树脂中炭黑含量的结果。结果表明,热重法测定PBAT树脂炭黑含量的试验方法能获得良好的准确率和重复性。PBAT will be pyrolyzed in nitrogen atmosphere, producing a large amount of pyrolyzed carbon, which will greatly interfere with the determination of carbon black content. To determine the carbon black content in PBAT resin by thermogravimetric analysis, it is necessary to set a specific temperature program to eliminate the interference of pyrolytic carbon, so as to obtain more accurate results of carbon black content in PBAT resin. The results showed that the thermogravimetric method for the determination of carbon black content in PBAT resin can obtain good accuracy and repeatability.
