摘 要:为建立一种基于离子色谱测定ABC干粉灭火剂组分含量的定量分析方法,对离子色谱柱和淋洗液体系,检出限,精密度,回收率,样品处理方法,检测时间和检测结果分析等进行了研究。结果表明:在可能存在碳酸盐的情况下,应优先选择SH-AC-4阴离子分析柱和碳酸盐淋洗液体系进行阴离子分析,选用SH-CC-3L阳离子色谱柱和甲烷磺酸淋洗液体系进行阳离子分析。在该色谱条件下,各离子检出限均小于待测样品的1%,相对标准偏差RSD<2%,标样回收率99.45%~101.75%,可节约用时≥59%。可以同时对样品的各组分进行较准确的分析判断,不会出现被其他物质干扰的情况。因此,采用离子色谱法对ABC干粉灭火剂成分进行定量分析,能够有效避免现有检测方法的漏洞,具有分析精度高,可同时分析多种组分,以及检测效率高的优点。In order to develop a quantitative analysis method for the components of ABC powder extinguishing agent based on ion chromatography, the selection of ion chromatographic column and eluent system, detection limit, detection precision, detection recovery, sample treatment method, detection time, and result analysis were studied. The results show that SH-AC-4 anion analysis column and carbonate eluent system should be selected preferentially for anion analysis when carbonate may exist. Cations can be analyzed with SH-CC-3L series cation chromatographic column and methanesulfonic acid eluent system. Under this chromatographic condition, the detection limit of each ion is less than 1% of the sample to be tested. The RSD is less than 2%, and the recovery rate of standard sample is 99.45%~101.75%. The time saved is ≥ 59%. In addition, each component can be analyzed accurately without being interfered by other substances. Therefore, the quantitative analysis of ABC powder extinguishing agent components by ion chromatography can effectively avoid the loopholes of current detection methods. It has the advantages of high analysis accuracy, simultaneous analysis of multiple components, and high detection efficiency.
