摘  要:矿产资源开发利用过程中,产生大量固体废弃物,得不到妥善处理和利用,会造成资源浪费,占用大量土地,破坏矿山周边的生态环境,严重威胁周边居民财产及生命安全,提高矿山固废综合利用率是建设绿色矿山重要途径。本文介绍了目前废石、尾砂的综合利用现状,综合利用率低,环保意识差,缺乏科技投入与激励、优惠政策是国内非煤矿山固废综合利用存在的主要问题,针对这些问题提出相应的应对措施,为提高国内非煤矿山固废综合利用率具有借鉴意义。During the development and utilization of mineral resources, a large amount of solid waste is generated. If these wastes are not properly handled and utilized, it will cause waste of resources, damage the ecological environment around the mine, threaten the safe living conditions of the surrounding residents, and improve the overall solid waste management of the mine. Utilization rate is an important way to build green mines.This paper introduces the current situation and existing problems of comprehensive utilization of waste rock and tailings, low comprehensive utilization rate, poor awareness of environmental protection, lack of scientific and technological investment and incentives, and preferential policies are the main problems in the comprehensive utilization of solid waste in non-coal mines in China, and proposes corresponding countermeasures. It has reference significance for improving the comprehensive utilization rate of solid waste in domestic non-coal mines.
