摘 要:以某食品厂为实例,对比在厌氧+好氧MBR与单独好氧MBR工艺中,厌氧技术的节能效果和经济效益。结果表明,单独好氧MBR和厌氧+好氧MBR对于食品废水中有机污染物的降解效果均较好,COD去除率分别达到98.02%和98.93%;单独好氧MBR吨水运行能耗为7.33k Wh/m3,而厌氧+好氧MBR吨水运行能耗为3.64kWh/m3,约节50.34%的运行能耗。单独好氧MBR吨水处理费用约为7.244元/m3;厌氧+好氧MBR不计沼气的收益,吨水处理费用为3.262元/m3,计入沼气收益吨水运行费用为0.291元/m3,经济效益显著。Taking a food WWTP as an example, the energy saving effect and economic benefit of anaerobic technology were compared between anaerobic + aerobic MBR and aerobic MBR alone. The results showed that both aerobic MBR alone and anaerobic + aerobic MBR had excellent organic pollutants degradation ability in food wastewater, and the COD removal rates reached 98.02% and 98.93%, respectively. The operation energy consumption of aerobic MBR alone is 7.33 kWh/m~3, while that of anaerobic + aerobic MBR is 3.64 kWh/m~3, saving about 50.34% of the operation energy consumption. The treatment cost of aerobic MBR alone is about 7.244 RMB/m~3. When biogas revenue is excluded, the treatment cost of anaerobic+aerobic MBR is about 3.262 RMB/m~3. When the benefits of biogas is included, the cost of treating a ton of water is 0.291 RMB/m~3, which showing significant economic benefits.
