摘 要:煤矿巷道自燃问题是煤矿井下火灾的主要危害之一,不利于煤矿安全生产的顺利进行。在煤炭作业过程中,为有效控制火灾问题,标准化的控火管理方案、专业团队、灭火设备必不可少。只有制定完善的矿井火灾应急防控工作制度,方可确保煤矿生产工作顺利进行。据此,文章简要论述现阶段煤矿井下巷道防灭火技术现状,总结了现阶段我国煤矿井下巷道防灭火工作中存在的问题,包括监督管理机制缺失、火灾安全隐患严重等,确认了煤矿火灾防治技术发展的思路,要从灭火理论的完善和技术创新方面加强研究,拓宽核心技术的应用范围,加强对技术应用的创新,增强灭火效果、防火效果。在煤矿井下巷道防灭火的技术应用和材料应用中,复合浆体材料以及先进的防灭火技术应用,是矿井下火灾防灭火新技术应用的主要方向,利用此类新技术、新方法,旨在提高矿井下的火灾防灭火技术水平,实现安全生产。The spontaneous combustion problem of coal mine roadway is one of the main hazards of coal mine underground fire, which is not conducive to the smooth progress of coal mine safety production. In the process of coal operation, in order to effectively control the fire problem, the standardized fire control management scheme, professional team and fire fighting equipment are indispensable. Only a perfect mine fire emergency prevention and control system can ensure the smooth production of coal mine. Accordingly, this article briefly discusses the current coal mine underground roadway fire prevention technology present situation, summarizes the problems existing in the current coal mine underground roadway fire prevention work in China, including the lack of supervision and management mechanism, fire safety hazard is serious, confirmed the coal mine fire prevention technology development, from the improvement of fire fighting theory and technology innovation to strengthen research, broaden the application scope of the core technology, strengthen the innovation of technology application, enhance fire fighting effect, fire prevention effect. In the application of fire prevention technology and material application in underground coal mine roadway, the application of composite slurry material and advanced fire prevention technology is the main direction of the application of new fire prevention and fire extinguishing technology under the mine. Such new technology and new methods are used to improve the level of fire prevention and fire fighting technology under the mine and realize safe production.
